When can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), we will begin processing it on the same business day.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days within the United States.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will also receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver within the United States only.
Standard shipping is completely free across the United States, with no additional shipping or handling fees.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?
